Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure ethical practice in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work across settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and student analysts.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
