Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor staff, and collaborate with families to deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you’ll work across home, school, and community settings, conduct FBAs, analyze data, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines while promoting quality of life for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing, and certification requirements vary by local/state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and handle physical demands as described.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
