PBS (Positive Behavior Support Corp.) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA. You will design and oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services while supporting families and clients in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing
• Related degree and licensure/certification as required by state
• Experience in developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home/school/community settings
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to track progress
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies
