PBS (Positive Behavior Support Corp.) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree and licensure/certification per local/state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and families to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
