Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead supervision, data analysis, and program adjustments, while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies, contributing to families' meaningful outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
