Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise assistants and RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality services aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in home/school/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
