Qualifications

Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings with a focus on skill acquisition and generalization.
Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
