Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission‑driven team.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and student analysts, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
