You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services to clients across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required to meet position criteria.
• Licensure and credentialing may apply per local/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
