Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

This role involves conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring ethical BACB guidelines are followed while delivering outcome-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
