Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA treatment plans, oversee staff, and collaborate with families to deliver ethical, evidence-based services.

Responsibilities include FBAs, supervision of RBTs and analysts, data-driven program adjustments, and adherence to BACB guidelines. Travel to client sites is required; we offer flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB good standing.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing per state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients, sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
