Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in home, school, and community settings.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise aides, collect and analyze data, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines while supporting families and youths toward meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
