Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA interventions across home, school, and community settings. You will design and oversee behavior plans, mentor RBTs and Analysts, and ensure high-quality services that improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
