Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team and improve lives through ethics-based ABA services.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings while upholding BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
