Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families. The position emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven outcomes, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
