Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor staff in home, school, or community settings.

You will build trust with families and ensure high-quality services while adhering to BACB ethics. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
