Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
