Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design, supervise, and adjust ABA programs, ensuring high-quality services across home, school, and community settings.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will mentor staff, collaborate with families, and analyze data to drive outcomes, while adhering to BACB ethics and PBS policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB credentials.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification as applicable by state.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to achieve client goals.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
