Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead evidence-based ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to produce meaningful changes in clients’ lives.

Role involves data-driven program oversight across home, school, and community settings, with travel to client sites. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to sit on the floor, assist clients, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
