We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior interventions, supervise staff, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality ABA services in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven decision making, and strict adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
