Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and coordinate care across home, school, and community settings. You will work with families to develop and implement behavior plans and monitor progress through data analysis.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, mentorship, and collaborative care, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients and families in a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
