Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and caregiver engagement across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree and licensure/certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders supporting clients.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
