Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services.

The role involves designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring adherence to BACB guidelines while maintaining a client-centered approach for families across diverse settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
