Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned ABA provider dedicated to ethical, person-centered care. We are seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor team members, and collaborate with families to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
