Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned ABA provider seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality services for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience supervising BCBAs, RBTs and student analysts.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
