Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for eligibility.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and families in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee ABA therapy programs across settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
