Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a dedicated BCBA to design and oversee ABA services across home, school and community settings. You will supervise staff, design interventions, and ensure quality care aligned with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
