Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a dedicated BCBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and partner with families. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven progress, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification along with a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
