Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
