Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB
• Related degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Travel to client locations as needed
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies
