Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking compassionate BCBAs/BCaBAs to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and coordinate care across home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for eligibility.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
