We seek a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services in homes, schools, or community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Sit on the floor and assist with client activities up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
