Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), dedicated to improving lives through ethical, person-centered care.

We are BCBA-owned and operated, with a focus on families affected by autism and a strong work-life balance for BCBAs. As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team to design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and mentor analysts across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and analysts.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
