Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

We seek compassionate BCBAs to lead intervention planning, supervise staff, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring high-quality client outcomes. As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will design and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs and students, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
