Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and person-centered care.

We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families across settings. The role emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Create a responsive system applying PBS principles to meet the needs of individuals, families and organizations

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success for client and family
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
