Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality therapy across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead data-driven programs, collaborate with families and professionals, and uphold BACB ethical standards while promoting quality of life improvements for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
