Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes ethical practice, mentoring junior staff, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

You will supervise team members, perform FBAs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress through data analysis, while maintaining a strong commitment to work-life balance and professional growth.

Formación

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in multiple settings.
• Commitment to ethical practice and quality of life improvements for clients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client/family success.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
