Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality care for clients across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment plans, and collaboration with families and professionals to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes in behavior and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and family stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
