Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead and mentor a team delivering ethical, client-centered ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, train staff, and work closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to actively engage with clients and handle physical tasks as needed
• Create systems applying PBS principles to meet needs of individuals and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
