Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will design individualized treatment programs, supervise staff, analyze learner data, and partner with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Michigan LBA credential or eligibility required.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Train and support staff and families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain supervision, productivity, and documentation in compliance with policies.
