Job summary

Bpiaba is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop treatment programs, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure coordinated care.

The role requires strong communication, in-person work across clinic, home, and school settings, and a commitment to BACB guidelines. Opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Active BCBA certification and license required.
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to coordinate care.
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans and conduct FBAs.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to tailor client programs.
• Generate progress reports and maintain accurate session summaries and records.
