Job summary

Behavioral Perspective is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop programs, and collaborate with other professionals across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

This role emphasizes data-driven treatment, ongoing assessments, and compliant documentation under BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and license.
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
• Ability to work in person across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Behavior Technicians with supervision and feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and staff.
• Serve as primary family contact about progress and interventions.
• Provide consultation to families on child goals and plans.
• Collaborate with schools and professionals for coordinated care.
• Develop and refine individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and FBAs.
• Provide 1:1 therapy when needed and supervise accordingly.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and regular progress reports.
