Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will supervise treatment implementation, perform assessments, and develop individualized programs for patients and families.

Qualifications include a Master's in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and Texas licensure. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board-certified BCBA in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Conduct functional analyses as part of assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for target reduction.
• Develop and update initial treatment plans per guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate progress and oversee discharge planning.
• Train parents/caregivers monthly and in group formats.
• Attend department and interdisciplinary staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification with continuing education.
• Obtain and maintain state licensure.
