Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will develop individualized treatment programs, supervise staff, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and treatment programs.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state licensure, HIPAA, and policies.
