Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a BCBA-certified clinician to conduct ABA assessments for program eligibility, primarily through home and community visits, and to prepare detailed reports.

Requires Master’s degree in psychology/early childhood education, BCBA, CPR, and 3–5 years’ experience with ASD in multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 50% and HIPAA-conscious documentation in NPA; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology/early childhood education or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a BCBA certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification.
• Typically 3–5 years’ experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts assessment appointments with families in home and community.
• Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques and prepares final reports.
• Reviews treatment overview with families and ensures timely monthly submissions.
• Maintains confidentiality and documents activities in the NPA system.
• Travels locally and maintains driving record; complies with HIPAA guidelines.
