Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct functional, preference, staff performance assessments for interventions.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
