Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children and families. Starting pay is $95,000–$115,000 per year, with relocation up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/staff.
• Willing to initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct functional and other assessments as needed.
• Supervise BCBA certification candidates weekly.
• Engage in typical BCBA activities.
