• Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and required state licensure.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients.
• Conduct initial skills assessments.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Attend weekly team meetings.
