ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role offers a strong salary range of $95,000–$120,000 per year, full-time, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation support up to $15,000.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and work toward BCBA certification prerequisites, with a pathway for growth in a supportive, evidence-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
