ABA Centers of Georgia in Tucker, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
